Child Safety Policy
1. Our Commitment
Vidment is committed to providing a safe environment for all users and has a zero-tolerance policy for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). We take proactive measures to prevent the distribution of child sexual abuse material (CSAM) and any content that exploits or harms children.
2. Age Restriction
Vidment is not directed at children under 16 years of age. Users under 16 are not permitted to use the service. By using Vidment, you confirm that you are at least 16 years old.
3. Prohibited Content
The following content is strictly prohibited on Vidment:
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) in any form
- Content that sexualizes or exploits minors
- Content depicting child abuse or endangerment
- Grooming behavior or solicitation of minors
- Any content that violates applicable child protection laws
4. Content Moderation
Vidment employs the following measures to detect and remove prohibited content:
- User Reporting: Any user can flag content that violates our policies. Flagged content is reviewed and may be removed.
- Device Blocking: Devices found uploading prohibited content are permanently blocked from the platform.
- Ephemeral Design: All videos on Vidment automatically expire and are permanently deleted within 1–24 hours of upload, limiting the window for harmful content to persist.
5. Reporting
If you encounter content on Vidment that you believe exploits or endangers children, please report it immediately:
- In-app: Use the flag feature on the video in question and select the appropriate reason.
- Email: Contact us at vidment@adamzajac.info with details about the content.
We review all reports promptly and take appropriate action, including content removal and device blocking.
6. Law Enforcement Cooperation
Vidment cooperates fully with law enforcement agencies and child protection organizations in the investigation and prosecution of child exploitation. We will report suspected CSAM to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) via the CyberTipline and to relevant law enforcement authorities as required by law.
